On June 26, 2007 the Town Council adopted a new Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw. The Municipal Planning Strategy sets forth Council's long term policies to guide all future development and use of land within the Town. The Land Use Bylaw implements the policies of this Planning Strategy by applying zones and appropriate regulations to all land within the Town.
