First Annual Parrsboro Film Festival

The first annual Parrsboro Film Festival (PFF) is set to take place in the picturesque coastal town of Parrsboro. The weekend will begin with the screening of a selected short at a reception at The Hall along with a special presentation of a silent film with live music provided by the Parrsboro Citizens' Band. There are going to be only 80 weekend passes issued for this festival so it would be adviseable to get in touch and reserve early.

October 14 - Friday 7 pm - Opening reception/remarks. PCB plays to a silent film. Feature film -"A Drummer's Dream". 10 pm Free presentation of the feature film "The Hunted".

October 15 - Saturday 1 pm - Juried shorts. 6 pm - Dinner at Bare Bones Bistro. 8 pm - Feature film presentation "Faith, Fraud and Minimum Wage". 10 pm - Feature film presentation "Just Buried".

October 16 - Sunday 1:30 pm - Juried shorts, Closing remarks/Tea and Coffee, Feature Film "Whirligig".

Film Festival Pass $67.50+HST(admittance to all sessions and dinner) (passes are transferrable)
