Town of Parrsboro, Nova Scotia

Leaves and yard waste will be accepted at the former Swan Creek Road landfill between the hrs. of 8 am and 5 pm.  Materials can be either loose or bagged, however, bags must be emptied on site.  Other garbage materials are strictly prohibited.  Residents are responsible for the transportation and disposal of their yard waste and must remove any prohibited material they may deposit.  An attendant will give directions to the disposal site.
