July 1st Celebrations @ Fire Hall/Fireworks at Aboiteau (All day)

Main Street Parade at 10:00 am followed by Firemens Field Day at Fire Hall 252 Willow Street.  Games, food, and entertainment.  Fireworks over the Aboiteau at dusk. 

1:30pm Canada Day@OHM (All day)

Canada Day and food auction. 1:30p.m., the Parrsboro Citizens Band in concert, followed by 2:00p.m. flag raising ceremony and guest speakers. Food auction, birthday cake and beverages for all to enjoy.  We suggest you come early to get good parking before Band starts to play.

Giant Silkworm and Luna Moths - Come to the Fundy Geological Museum to see a display of about 20 different species of living moths that were mating in your back yard last night while you were asleep.
