At the Spencer's Island community centre/old school.  Honey beeswax candles, handmade soaps, homebaking, jams & jellies, fresh produce when available, crafts & local art.

2:00pm Exibition@Main & Station (Sun. 1 Nov, 2015 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

Please join us at Main & Station's secondfloor gallery this Sunday, November 1st from 2pm-5pm for the Parrsboro Vernissage & Opening Reception of the Nova Scotia Printmakers travelling exhibition.  A Sense of Belonging.  In this exhibition twenty-five printmakers explore the theme of Nova Scotia's local culture through diverse pringmaking techniques on paper.  Together these works make up a colourful, varied picture, while separately they each tell their own contained story.  A number of artists will be present at the reception to talk about the project and to answer questions including Julie Rosvall, Suzanne Gauthier, Maria Doering and Bonnie Baker.  This exhibit will remain on display until November 28th.

3:00pm A Night at the Canteen@The Hall (Sun. 1 Nov, 2015 3:00 pm)

Admission: $10.00.  An afternoon of music celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the end of WWII with proceeds to Cumberland County Hospice Society and Autumn House.
