Painting in situ: Parrsboro 2015@Main & Station (Wed. 9 Sep, 2015 9:00 am)

"Seven artists - seven days, one environment" - Nonesuch Kickshaws announces "Painting in situ: Parrsboro 2015, happening on the Parrsborough Shore.  This is a Nonesuch collaboration between Artists and Main & Station.  The artists are Susan Paterson, Susan Tooke, Richard Rudnicki, Bill Rogers, Judith Bauer, Leonard Paul and Joy Laking.

  • From August 14th to 20th the artists may be found painting on location in and around Parrsboro.
  • The week of outdoor painting will finish with a "Painting in situ" Exhibition Opening & sale at Main & Station on Friday, August 21st at 7:00pm.  All of the paintings done in the previous week, unframed, and some unfinished, will be on display.
  • The exhibition will continue until September 9th, 2015.

12:00pm Ceremony to Celebrate the Queen's Reign@Ottawa House (Wed. 9 Sep, 2015 12:00 pm)

The Town of Parrsboro invites you to attend a ceremony to celebrate the Queen's reign, longest in our modern history, Wednesday, September 9th at 12:00 noon at the Ottawa House Museum.  Everyone is welcome!  Refreshments will be served.
